My Journey

For years, I found myself caught in a frustrating cycle of gaining and losing weight. Each new diet or workout plan felt like a fresh start, yet somehow, the results never lasted. I'd achieve success for a few weeks or months, only to slip back into old habits when life got overwhelming. It wasn't just about willpower—it felt like a constant battle that I couldn't win.

At some point, I realized that focusing solely on what I was eating or how I was exercising wasn't enough. I needed to dig deeper and ask myself the tough questions: Why do I overeat during stressful times? Why do I self-sabotage when I'm making progress? What's truly driving my behaviors?

Through reflection, I began to uncover patterns I hadn't noticed before, emotional triggers, ingrained habits, and even beliefs about myself that were holding me back. I realized that food wasn't just fuel; it had become my coping mechanism, my reward, and sometimes even my shield from uncomfortable emotions.

Armed with this knowledge, I started making changes that went beyond calories and cardio. I practiced mindfulness, built a healthier relationship with food, and found other ways to manage stress and emotions. It was a gradual process, but over time, those changes became sustainable. The weight loss followed naturally, not because I was forcing it, but because I was finally in tune with my body and mind.

Today, I'm proud to say that I'm in a place of balance. It's not about perfection, it's about progress and understanding that my health is a lifelong journey. By uncovering the "why," I was able to create the sustainable change I'd been searching for all along. It's a lesson that's transformed not just my weight, but my entire outlook on wellness and self-care.

THE PATH TO SUSTAINABLE CHANGE 

The 12-Week Wellness Coaching Program

This isn't another diet. This is a 12-week one-on-one coaching experience where you are in charge. I partner with you to establish a wellness vision and goals to make your vision a reality.

Wellness coaching is a collaborative, goal-focused partnership that helps you create sustainable habits around nutrition, movement, mindset, stress, and overall well-being. Rather than offering quick fixes or one-size-fits-all plans, coaching meets you where you are, supports your unique lifestyle, and guides you toward lasting change. Together, we clarify your goals, break them into doable steps, remove the barriers getting in your way, and build the confidence and systems that help you thrive long-term — not just for 12 weeks, but for life. 

Because everyone learns and grows differently, I offer two ways to work together:

 ✔️ Flexible, habit-based coaching
Perfect if you want small, sustainable changes, done step-by-step, without pressure or overwhelm. We build habits that fit your real life, not an ideal version of it.

✔️ Structured, guided coaching
Ideal if you feel more confident with a clear plan to start. You’ll receive customized frameworks, sample meal guides, weekly action steps, and check-ins to help you build early momentum. As you grow more confident, we shift from “plan-based” to “self-led,” so you can maintain results long after coaching ends.

Both paths are personal, supportive, and rooted in science, the difference is simply how you like to begin.

What's Inside Structured Your 12-Week Journey

Foundation & Sleep

We start by clarifying your 'Why' and setting a clear wellness vision. Then, we immediately tackle sleep, building a restful routine that becomes the foundation for all other changes.

Weeks 3-4 

Nutrition & Mindful Eating

Learn to fuel your body for energy, not deprivation. We'll cover nutrition basics and then dive into *how* you eat, bringing awareness and intention back to your meals.

Resilience, Movement & Gut Health

This block is about building resilience. We'll tackle stress (Part I), find movement that fits *your* life, support your gut health, and then revisit stress with new tools (Part II).

Weeks 9-12 

Habits, Rituals & Connection

We cement your progress by focusing on mindset, building lasting rituals, and strengthening your support systems. We finish by celebrating your wins and integrating your new habits for life.

Hi, I'm Terri

For years, I was stuck in the same exhausting cycle, lose the weight, feel amazing, then life got busy, stressful, or unpredictable, and the old habits came right back. I kept blaming myself, thinking I just needed more willpower or discipline. But the truth was, it had nothing to do with willpower.

Everything changed when I stopped fighting my habits and started understanding them, the emotional triggers, the stories I was telling myself, and the beliefs I didn’t even realize were running the show. Once I worked on that, the actions finally started to stick.

Now I’m living in a place of balance, not perfection, and I’ve made it my mission to help other women do the same.
